I ordered 4 disney dvds. They took payment from my credit card. They sent me a notice saying it was shipped. Then I got an email entitled “delivery Problem”. I couldn’t open it and the tech staff said it was an email that went “missing” in cyberspace. I tired to contact the company but had no response. They are a total SCAM!!!

I have been ripped off recently. Order is 2 months old placed on TVPAST.COM, PAYPAL payment went to ABC Productions and their website says getitnowdvd.com. They answered my first call acting surprised and said my order was being shipped, a week later they answered my call but told me to call back as their computer was down. Now phone is not answerred and voicemail box is full. They also do not respond to emails to any of the email address and unfortunantly for me PAYPAL was they can do nothing as it is past their cutoff period. BE WARE…

On April 30, 2010 I wanted to check a legal question and MyJaBil.com seemed to be one that could fit the bill. I wrote out the question, put my credit card number on it and expected a REPLY in my e-mail address. To date, I have received nothing.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK! There wasn’t a phone number for this place and I have had a horrible time trying to get into a complaint form. The bank told me I should try this route first, they cancelled my credit card but said that the $18.00 would go on my new one.

I ordered shoes back in early March. They kept telling me 2 more weeks, two more weeks, etc. I finally cancelled the order in April. They e-mailed confirmation of the cancellation and reported a refund would show up on my card. There has been no refund and they will not respond to any subsequent e-mails inquiring about the refund status. NO PHONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CLUE!
This business is completely fraudulent and has ripped me off and apparently others. They need to be reported to any and all online sites that warn the public about scams. I have contacted the BBB and will be contacting the legal athorities to prompt and investigation of their business practices.

I received payment confirmation via email from paypal which listed the items I ordered and the name of shoponspot’s owner Ashwin Kalbhor, and an email copy of a paid invoice from shoponspot. As of today (May 23rd, 2010) I have not received my order or any form of communication from shoponspot. I have opened multiple help tickets with shoponspot’s on line support system and sent email to shoponspot. I included my order number and a copy of the paypal payment confirmation in every communication I have sent to shoponspot. I would advise anyone that they avoid ordering from shoponspot.

I’ve ordered one pair of boots for my upcoming deployment. Shipping was listed as 5-6 days via UPS. There were no indications on the website that the item was not in stock. After one week of waiting and one additional week of unsuccessful attempts to contact customer service, the only response from Botach Tactical was a charge to my credit card in the amount of $104.26 for the boots I’ve never received. I’m less than one week from overseas deployment. With no response from Botach Tactical, I had to buy those boots somewhere else. This company is a joke. I should do my research before I decided to purchase anything from them.

I orderd two patterns in 2009, it took FOUR MONTH for them to ship the items. I have emailed them(to info@sewingpatterns.com) so many times but no response. Finally I made a overseas call and they said my address was missing zip code and that is the reason why the order was pending. But they didn’t do anything at all but just left the order pending, nor read my email?
Now in 2010, I ordered a pattern for maternity clothes for myself six weeks ago and still waiting my item. Since I have received order confirmation by mail, I haven’t heard from them yet, even though I keep sending email to and leaving massage on voicemail. As my belly grow, I need to sew my maternity clothes for myself right now, and I will move to abroad soon so I don’t know what to do. I am afraid if they ship my item after my baby born…

COMPLETE SCAM!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!!! Look them up on the BBB, they have an *F* rating. There are constant complaints against this place. Once you complain, they block your phone number and delete your emails. I ordered two parts )$172.96) on April 13, 2010. Have not received anything, and am now being denied a response or communication with the company. I ordered an Range Oven control board and a Range sensor and paid via bank debit card which was charged on my account immediately. I did not receive any product or notice of delivery for two full weeks when I called Helpful Items main line number and I was told I would receive an email the next day with a tracking number. I never received this email, but I waited until the next week (this week) to call again. The call rang through to a voicemail box and I left a message asking for an immediate response. None came. Repeatedly now I receive only a “busy signal” type of tone and then the call is dropped, or hung up on. I am now requesting through the BBB an immediate refund of my money or I will be proceeding to local media in Texas and small claims court.

I purchased a toner from printerinks.com. After about 12 days the product arrived much later than promised. However, the wrong product arrived. I emailed them to let them know and they asked me to return the product along with a letter detailing the action I would like taken. I returned the product requesting the correct product, a refund for postage costs incurred by me and a refund of the balance.
I have proof of postage and a tracking number but prinkerinks claim that the return never arrived. I have emailed printerinks 6 times but only ever got one reply which was 10 days ago.
DO NOT BUY FROM PRINTERINKS. Any advice on how I can get a refund from this product? I paid through paypal.

I ordered two different types of wallpaper patterns 4 months ago, they accepeted the order and charged it that same day or the next day. 3 weeks latter they tell me both patterns are on a backorder so i should wait 2 – 3 weeks more to receive it. This time passed and I tried calling the company 6 times several different days, in which NOBODY EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE.
I sent several emails, asking them about my order and they KEPT SAYING IT WAS IN A BACKORDER, I contacted their manufacturer who told that the day for production of this patterns was until October. I made my order between the last of june and first weeks of july, how come they didnt tell me the truth about how long the backorder was going to be.
Still I asked them for a refund and they said it was going to take 1 month to refund me. that didnt happen.
After that USAWALLPAPER, SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING THE COMPANY HAS FINANCIAL PROBLEMS AND THEYRE HAVING PROBLEMS TO REFUND MY MONEY and that I should understand this difficult times.
Let me understand USA WALLPAPER, your having difficult times, everybody has being having them and not because of this they are robbing customers money.
Finally, I talked to the manufacturer and since so much time has passed after my order, they have one of the patterns produced, and I asked USAWALLPAPER.com to send me that pattern and refund me the other part of the order. Of course they didnt tell me the pattern had been produced I had to find out by myself.
They told they where going to send me the pattern that is in stock and wait for the other one. Since that last email, MY HUSBAND HAS CALLED 7 MORE TIMES WITH NO ANSWER, and sent 4 emails, which have not being answered and nothing has arrived.
I CANT BELIEVE YOU ARE USING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO FINANCE YOURSELVES (SINCE YOU HAVE FINANCIAL PROBLEMS) AND KEEPING THEIR MONEY WITHOUT EVER SENDING THEM THE PRODUCTS THEIR PAYING FOR!

I had a terrible experience in 2007 with bestbuysilver.com. The order never arrived and email correspondence ignored. I lost $88.95 plus postage. I wrote it off as my mistake – not researching the company thoroughly before ordering. I now want to order an engraved silver Xmas ornament for a new grandchild, but am very reticent for the same outcome. I looked online and Western Silver looks very similar to the site I used. Perhaps just changing its name? The reviews mirror my experience exactly. Has anyone experience with online ordering from Silver Superstore in Washington?

I bought a Hungry Piggy Bank from these people for my son and it did not work. I put brand new batteries in, tried feeding it different size coins – EVERYTHING. The sensor seemed to be defective. I wrote them back and they told me I have to send the item back and gave me tedious specific instructions to follow, which I did down to the last step. I was really upset to learn that I had to spend the extra money to ship their broken junk back to them. The worse part was that this was for my 2 year old son. I had to give him the bank and then take it back from him, which he was very upset and confused about. A week went by and no word from them, so I e-mailed and they said it takes 5-6 business days to process a return and that they would contact me when my item arrived. Another week went by and still no word from these scammers. So I emailed again and they said they never recieved my item! YEAH RIGHT! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES AGAIN. It should be your first clue to never order from any company that makes you responsible for shipping back damaged goods. My son still asks me what happened to his piggy bank and when “the Man” is gonna fix it and give it back. WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!

I ordered the Body magic garment from this independent agent on 03/24/2010. I entered my mailing address and then my billing address. Once I received my receipt for payment I notice that the webiste had converted my addresses. The Body Magic Experience website switched my billing address to my mailing address and my mailing address to my billing address. I then contact this: Corinda Parks and she stated that the USPS mailing labels are printed directed from the Billing address”how stupid”. So she stated that she had updted everything and that was not the case. THis woman lied through her teeth because when I got the email stating that my garment was shipped, it listed MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, i was pissed because she stated that she had updated the website mistake. Now it is 04/19/2010 and I still have not received my garment. Please don’t order from “The Body Magic Experience. Theya re now dodding my calls and my emails. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER.

Complaint against Comobike.com for Undelivered Goods
An order was placed with Comobike.com on the 16/09/2009:
2 of the items were delivered some 2 months later after much persuasion on my part and one of the items is yet to arrive after 7 months after they promised it would be delivered as soon as it was stocked.
To date there has been no feedback from them to suggest the item will ever be delivered and has since gone through a management overhaul..
I have contacted them again today to complete the order but I have given them enough chances to carry out their side of things..
