While recuperating from a car accident in a Veteran’s Hospital I received an e-mail from KJMM enterprises. I made a phone appointment where I spoke to two different representatives from KJMM enterprises, claiming they were selling search engines. There were several stages ranging from $300.00 to $1400.00 according to how much return you were supposedly going to receive.
Of course the more you invested the more return you were supposedly going to receive and the more more invested the sooner your investment would pay off. After I returned from my hospital stay I was contacted once again from another representative from KJMM who claimed that I had over $1300.00 in my account but in order to get this money I had to send another $500.00. Needless to say I never saw this money and that is when the number I was given and the person I was told to ask for never answered my messages.
In fact when I began calling and calling and calling again all I got was an answering machine which is now disconnected. I do remember one representative who was supposedly one of the higher ups in the Company and his name was Anthony Thierry. That was the name that was given me anyway.
This was about 2 years ago but this was one scam that cost me quite a lot and I received nothing but lies from these people. If by chance I hear this name again I will be in touch with this person find out where he lives and deal with him personally.

I purchased an Outdoor Heated Thermo-Kiity Camper and Thermo Cube and had these products shipped to my parents for their outdoor cat’s use this winter. They set it up for her (how else can we tell if she will use the product), he set her inside it and near the bed, and she would not use it. She jumped out of the bed the couple of times that he set her in it, and at that point, they picked the bed up, took it back inside, and called me. I informed them that the product had to be free of any hair or dirt and they informed me that the cat was barely near it! They were extra particular about it being in BRAND NEW CONDITION and free of hair and dirt so it could be returned. They packaged it back up in the wrapping and sent it back with the RA code that I received. When they informed me that it was shipped back to them, I thought it was a mistake, only to be told by customer service that the RMA results were unsatisfactory. This is absolutely ridiculous! Do you mean to tell me that if I purchased clothing or furniture from your company, that I basically can not try the product on/out before determining if I like it or not? ..because it is an animal, it’s different?? I can fully understand if it is caked with mud and dirt and covered in hair…that is obviously used and not re-sellable. I am very dissatisfied with the poor customer service I received in this matter and the absurd claim that this bed was used. I have ordered several pet items online and in pet stores, and on occassion, have to return the item due to wrong size, etc. (dog bed to be specific) and they did not scrutinize the returned item to such a ridiculous extreme! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and WILL not purchase from them EVER again. Perhaps they should not carry pet products if they hate animals so much. I can see why companies like theirs stay in business…they just steal people’s money!

I recently was going to buy kinah for aion, i used paypal and got the run around a few hours, we got banned, cant get a hold of manager, etc…am still waiting for a refund because when a fellow player told me i could not buy kinah i told them even if they get the kinah i dont want it…just a refund…stay away from them…its a scam

Lessons learned – do NOT ever buy from BestBuy that would need a service! Do NOT pay for extended services!
My recent experience with trying to get them to cover a broken part in my refrigerator, with the Service contract I purchased that was supposed to “cover wear and tear… no hidden cost, no out-of-pocket…” got me no where. I was told if I really wanted a service person to come out to look at it, he can say it’s not covered and I will have to pay $100 for his trip! Then I talked to someone at Customer Relations and was told as long as the fridge “is still generating cold, nothing else is covered”… Beware! Don’t buy anything you’ll ever possibly need repair from BestBuy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. They are practicing false advertisement and are scammers. I ordered Southwing SA505 bluetooth headset from them. This is the second time I ordered. The first time was a pleasant experience. I received the order in an unopened, manufaturer’s box. The device worked well, like new, just as I ordered. I decided to order another one. This time there was a generic looking whitebox inside that they slapped a Southwing label on. Inside the box, I receieved a charger and quick start guide, BUT NO HEADPHONES!!!. I called, had a hard time getting through. When I finally did, I was put on three times. I finally spoke to a customer service “supervisor”, by the name of Albert. I told him the situation. The headphones were not in the box even though the packaged was intact. He insisted that I have them and there was nothing he could do for me but offer me a car charger for headphones that I do not have. They are a bunch of scammers. They are based in NY and you can tell that by their attitude that they do not mean well. DO NOT BUY FROM NY BASED ONLINE COMPANIES unless they are nationwide. They are run by foreigners looking to scam us. The FBI should look into them.

I ordered a Sig pistol from this shady website. No warnings were given throughout the payment process that the pistol was unavailable and could not be located. My credit card was charged full price and then I received an e-mail stating that the item was “backordered.” I canceled the order but received no refund. I talked to a bitchy customer representative named Christa who gave me attitude. Hundreds of other consumers had this exact same problem with this company, unbeknownst to me. Many struggled for months for a refund of a canceled order–only a few received the refund. Hundreds of complaints about this company are filed in several better business bureaus at the state and national level. These shady assholes need to be hanged and gutted.

I would like to reiterate what user “TheBest101″ said previously–the company is not a scam. Unlike some companies it does not unwittingly enroll you in their service. I voluntarily and knowingly enrolled when I made a purchase on ProFlowers.com because of the eponymous free shipping offer. The terms of enrollment clearly state that you can get up to $15 off shipping during your free 30 day trial. I made a note in my calendar to remind myself to cancel the membership before that date.
You do not get free shipping on just anything, only when ordering from partnered companies and only if you submit a claim. Submitting a claim is cumbersome–you fill out an online form to get a code and then send a copy of the charge you’re claiming along with the code by mail. As you can guess, it takes the traditional 3-6 weeks to process. I was doubtful, but when I called to check on my claim about three weeks later the operator was helpful, amiable and forthcoming about the deal. She voluntarily mentioned that my free trial was coming to an end soon and warned me that I would be charged automatically if I didn’t cancel, and reassured me my current claim would continue to be processed even though I cancelled on the spot. No questions asked, no hassle. (I have up to three more weeks to wait for my check to arrive in the mail, but I’m not too worried.) Better Business Bureau gives them an A+ rating.
Of note, I WAS scammed by a company called Easy Saver (aka EMI Encore Marketing International) during the same ProFlowers purchase. They enrolled me in a $14.95/month program without my knowing. I already called my credit card company and will be calling Easy Saver itself when their phones open during business hours. Better Business Bureau gives them a D+ rating.

I don’t know why it doesn’t work for me when it worked right before my eyes at the state fair, but I have tried using it according to the directions (washing it before using, but not drying) and today when I had a child wet my bed I thought I would avoid having to use a ton of paper towels. Wrong! The shamwow absorbed absolutely no liquid. I am not only disappointed, but I feel stupid and $20 poorer.

The cartridges arrived promptly in early March and well-packed. They worked well for a couple of months. I started to see blue mottling whenever I printed on cardstock, but thought that it was a problem with the paper. By July I realized that the cyan had a leak, but thought that it was just temporary. I cleaned out the inside of the printer and didn’t print again until late August. That’s when the blue streaking covered almost half paper. I checked the supply levels to see how much had leaked compared to the other colors. That’s when I saw that the black was down to 9%. Since the original HP “partial” cartridges that came with the printer lasted one and a half years, the only reason that the black would be down so much is that it is also leaking (at the side where it doesn’t streak paper) but it was probably not full to start with. I never thought to check the level when I first installed them. Don’t buy from 007Toner .
