Buyer BEWARE – I placed an order on this site on 11/23/08 for a brand of body lotion that is hard to find in the US. No where on the site does it say it was out of stock. Since ordering I have not been able to contact this company. No reply to emails. Phone number I have says the machine is full and I can’t leave a msg. to call back later. Never received anything from company but I do have the confirmation that I printed, which gives me the date of purchase and order number. I’m now concerned because I called my credit card company and they told me there was nothing they can do until this company charges my credit card. So I have to check with my credit card co. every day to make sure charges aren’t on my account that I didn’t make. I’m really concern that they will use my credit card in some fraudlent way, or that they would sell my information. What a hassle!!!

Very suspicious website should tip you off; no 800 number, no clear indication of physical domicile, etc.
They will basically charge your card and then file your order for future reference. It was only after I disputed the billing item with MC that they sent out the order backdating it to when it should have been sent. This is the only web rip-off I have ever personally come across. The bright side of this episode is that while I had been planning on starting a collection of superhero collectibles which could have eventually required investing thousands of dollars, this harrowing experience with Toyglobe convinced me to give up the idea and now I’m much better off in the long run. Thanks Toyglobe!
Remember to dispute the item with your credit card company if you run into problems like this (1st time I had to do it and probably the last by avoiding outfits like this Toyglobe).

I ordered shoes back in early March. They kept telling me 2 more weeks, two more weeks, etc. I finally cancelled the order in April. They e-mailed confirmation of the cancellation and reported a refund would show up on my card. There has been no refund and they will not respond to any subsequent e-mails inquiring about the refund status. NO PHONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CLUE!

This business is completely fraudulent and has ripped me off and apparently others. They need to be reported to any and all online sites that warn the public about scams. I have contacted the BBB and will be contacting the legal athorities to prompt and investigation of their business practices.

I will post a retraction if you refund my money! Order # 28792
Otherwise, expect there to be warnings posted online to : Stay clear of this BS site!

Unless you are doing a HUGE reno in your house, well it’s just no worth it! We are coming up on our 10 year mark, and well, we have not now buy back in if we wish to stay on!!! Of coarse it’s at a reduced rate of $2614.50, it is originally $5999.00 at present, and the new annual fee after the initial 3 years went from $170 to $299!! This is insane, outrageous!! We saw it as a “lifetime” investment, but that is NOT the case!! You can really only save if you do major reno’s, not buying the everyday or household items. We are VERY sorry we ever joined now!!!

I ordered a ring in Sept 2009. It took about 5 weeks to get it. The 14k gold mounting was very thin, the 1.15 of diamonds was more like maybe 50 points. When I returned it Nov 11th, that is when I found out it would be 45 days to get my money back. They also take 10 percent of the purchase price. I shouldn’t get docked money because there product was inferior. On the air they do not tell you any of this. Other shopping channels get your product out in a week and you have your money back if your not satisfied with in a week of mailing it back with their shipping label. So I paid $700 plus shipping to get it. Then I paid more to send it back and insured it. Then I lost $70 for their restocking fee. It is Dec 14th and haven’t gotten my refund. All I can say is I will never buy from them again. I spend alot of money on line, espcially on jewelry. Direct shoppings loss.

I purchased an Outdoor Heated Thermo-Kiity Camper and Thermo Cube and had these products shipped to my parents for their outdoor cat’s use this winter. They set it up for her (how else can we tell if she will use the product), he set her inside it and near the bed, and she would not use it. She jumped out of the bed the couple of times that he set her in it, and at that point, they picked the bed up, took it back inside, and called me. I informed them that the product had to be free of any hair or dirt and they informed me that the cat was barely near it! They were extra particular about it being in BRAND NEW CONDITION and free of hair and dirt so it could be returned. They packaged it back up in the wrapping and sent it back with the RA code that I received. When they informed me that it was shipped back to them, I thought it was a mistake, only to be told by customer service that the RMA results were unsatisfactory. This is absolutely ridiculous! Do you mean to tell me that if I purchased clothing or furniture from your company, that I basically can not try the product on/out before determining if I like it or not? ..because it is an animal, it’s different?? I can fully understand if it is caked with mud and dirt and covered in hair…that is obviously used and not re-sellable. I am very dissatisfied with the poor customer service I received in this matter and the absurd claim that this bed was used. I have ordered several pet items online and in pet stores, and on occassion, have to return the item due to wrong size, etc. (dog bed to be specific) and they did not scrutinize the returned item to such a ridiculous extreme! I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and WILL not purchase from them EVER again. Perhaps they should not carry pet products if they hate animals so much. I can see why companies like theirs stay in business…they just steal people’s money!

I orderd two patterns in 2009, it took FOUR MONTH for them to ship the items. I have emailed them(to info@sewingpatterns.com) so many times but no response. Finally I made a overseas call and they said my address was missing zip code and that is the reason why the order was pending. But they didn’t do anything at all but just left the order pending, nor read my email?
Now in 2010, I ordered a pattern for maternity clothes for myself six weeks ago and still waiting my item. Since I have received order confirmation by mail, I haven’t heard from them yet, even though I keep sending email to and leaving massage on voicemail. As my belly grow, I need to sew my maternity clothes for myself right now, and I will move to abroad soon so I don’t know what to do. I am afraid if they ship my item after my baby born…

I ordered two different types of wallpaper patterns 4 months ago, they accepeted the order and charged it that same day or the next day. 3 weeks latter they tell me both patterns are on a backorder so i should wait 2 – 3 weeks more to receive it. This time passed and I tried calling the company 6 times several different days, in which NOBODY EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE.

I sent several emails, asking them about my order and they KEPT SAYING IT WAS IN A BACKORDER, I contacted their manufacturer who told that the day for production of this patterns was until October. I made my order between the last of june and first weeks of july, how come they didnt tell me the truth about how long the backorder was going to be.

Still I asked them for a refund and they said it was going to take 1 month to refund me. that didnt happen.

After that USAWALLPAPER, SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING THE COMPANY HAS FINANCIAL PROBLEMS AND THEYRE HAVING PROBLEMS TO REFUND MY MONEY and that I should understand this difficult times.

Let me understand USA WALLPAPER, your having difficult times, everybody has being having them and not because of this they are robbing customers money.

Finally, I talked to the manufacturer and since so much time has passed after my order, they have one of the patterns produced, and I asked USAWALLPAPER.com to send me that pattern and refund me the other part of the order. Of course they didnt tell me the pattern had been produced I had to find out by myself.

They told they where going to send me the pattern that is in stock and wait for the other one. Since that last email, MY HUSBAND HAS CALLED 7 MORE TIMES WITH NO ANSWER, and sent 4 emails, which have not being answered and nothing has arrived.

I CANT BELIEVE YOU ARE USING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO FINANCE YOURSELVES (SINCE YOU HAVE FINANCIAL PROBLEMS) AND KEEPING THEIR MONEY WITHOUT EVER SENDING THEM THE PRODUCTS THEIR PAYING FOR!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!. They are practicing false advertisement and are scammers. I ordered Southwing SA505 bluetooth headset from them. This is the second time I ordered. The first time was a pleasant experience. I received the order in an unopened, manufaturer’s box. The device worked well, like new, just as I ordered. I decided to order another one. This time there was a generic looking whitebox inside that they slapped a Southwing label on. Inside the box, I receieved a charger and quick start guide, BUT NO HEADPHONES!!!. I called, had a hard time getting through. When I finally did, I was put on three times. I finally spoke to a customer service “supervisor”, by the name of Albert. I told him the situation. The headphones were not in the box even though the packaged was intact. He insisted that I have them and there was nothing he could do for me but offer me a car charger for headphones that I do not have. They are a bunch of scammers. They are based in NY and you can tell that by their attitude that they do not mean well. DO NOT BUY FROM NY BASED ONLINE COMPANIES unless they are nationwide. They are run by foreigners looking to scam us. The FBI should look into them.

I bought a Hungry Piggy Bank from these people for my son and it did not work. I put brand new batteries in, tried feeding it different size coins – EVERYTHING. The sensor seemed to be defective. I wrote them back and they told me I have to send the item back and gave me tedious specific instructions to follow, which I did down to the last step. I was really upset to learn that I had to spend the extra money to ship their broken junk back to them. The worse part was that this was for my 2 year old son. I had to give him the bank and then take it back from him, which he was very upset and confused about. A week went by and no word from them, so I e-mailed and they said it takes 5-6 business days to process a return and that they would contact me when my item arrived. Another week went by and still no word from these scammers. So I emailed again and they said they never recieved my item! YEAH RIGHT! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES AGAIN. It should be your first clue to never order from any company that makes you responsible for shipping back damaged goods. My son still asks me what happened to his piggy bank and when “the Man” is gonna fix it and give it back. WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!
