I placed an order for a replica of an old fashioned ticker tape machine that gave stock quotes for a friend’s birthday who is a stockbroker with his name inscribed. the cost was 79.99 plus shipping and handling. It came out to $94.68. Two weeks( it stated on the website I would have the item in 10 days) after placing the order I get a call from a girl by the name of Amanda who said it would be an additional $12.00 for the engraving. I paid the additional $12.00. two weeks go by…still no item. By this point my friend’s birthday had passed and i was extremely upset. I tried for two weeks straight to get someone on the phone and all i got was the same annoying voicemail message, i sent several emails and no response. i had to call my bank and file a claim against this company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE RIP-OFF ARTISTS!!!
