Very suspicious website should tip you off; no 800 number, no clear indication of physical domicile, etc.
They will basically charge your card and then file your order for future reference. It was only after I disputed the billing item with MC that they sent out the order backdating it to when it should have been sent. This is the only web rip-off I have ever personally come across. The bright side of this episode is that while I had been planning on starting a collection of superhero collectibles which could have eventually required investing thousands of dollars, this harrowing experience with Toyglobe convinced me to give up the idea and now I’m much better off in the long run. Thanks Toyglobe!
Remember to dispute the item with your credit card company if you run into problems like this (1st time I had to do it and probably the last by avoiding outfits like this Toyglobe).

On April 30, 2010 I wanted to check a legal question and MyJaBil.com seemed to be one that could fit the bill. I wrote out the question, put my credit card number on it and expected a REPLY in my e-mail address. To date, I have received nothing.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK! There wasn’t a phone number for this place and I have had a horrible time trying to get into a complaint form. The bank told me I should try this route first, they cancelled my credit card but said that the $18.00 would go on my new one.

I ordered shoes back in early March. They kept telling me 2 more weeks, two more weeks, etc. I finally cancelled the order in April. They e-mailed confirmation of the cancellation and reported a refund would show up on my card. There has been no refund and they will not respond to any subsequent e-mails inquiring about the refund status. NO PHONE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MY FIRST CLUE!

This business is completely fraudulent and has ripped me off and apparently others. They need to be reported to any and all online sites that warn the public about scams. I have contacted the BBB and will be contacting the legal athorities to prompt and investigation of their business practices.

I will post a retraction if you refund my money! Order # 28792
Otherwise, expect there to be warnings posted online to : Stay clear of this BS site!

Unless you are doing a HUGE reno in your house, well it’s just no worth it! We are coming up on our 10 year mark, and well, we have not now buy back in if we wish to stay on!!! Of coarse it’s at a reduced rate of $2614.50, it is originally $5999.00 at present, and the new annual fee after the initial 3 years went from $170 to $299!! This is insane, outrageous!! We saw it as a “lifetime” investment, but that is NOT the case!! You can really only save if you do major reno’s, not buying the everyday or household items. We are VERY sorry we ever joined now!!!

I ordered a ring in Sept 2009. It took about 5 weeks to get it. The 14k gold mounting was very thin, the 1.15 of diamonds was more like maybe 50 points. When I returned it Nov 11th, that is when I found out it would be 45 days to get my money back. They also take 10 percent of the purchase price. I shouldn’t get docked money because there product was inferior. On the air they do not tell you any of this. Other shopping channels get your product out in a week and you have your money back if your not satisfied with in a week of mailing it back with their shipping label. So I paid $700 plus shipping to get it. Then I paid more to send it back and insured it. Then I lost $70 for their restocking fee. It is Dec 14th and haven’t gotten my refund. All I can say is I will never buy from them again. I spend alot of money on line, espcially on jewelry. Direct shoppings loss.

I ordered a automatic door opener from Planet mobility. They were quick to take the $737 out of my checking account, but when I hadn’t rec’d the merchandise several weeks later, I called them. They said they had cancelled the contract with the vendor and would get a new one and send it out. So, I called the vendor of the door, Private Door. They told me the opposite…that they had cancelled the contract due to the fact that PM didn’t pay their bills. I reordered the door from Private door directly. They were great and matched the price. Now, PM won’t refund my money. How dare they even take the money out of my account when they didn’t even have a vendor to fill the order with!!!I have finally filed a grievance with my bank, but still won’t have the money back in time for Christmas, which is a real hardship on me. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM PLANET MOBILITY. THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES.

The so called “Smokeless Cigarette” was advertised as a free trial – “Only pay for shipping and handling” of $4.95
Until my bill for the next month came -Two more charges appeared on my credit card – One for $69.62 and another for $99.67! They never sent me any additional items for the “E-cigarette” such as cartridges or anything! I went back and looked on the web site and found a small box that says “click here for more information before ordering”. (I never saw this box before) It states that I COULD be charged up to $88 dollars additional if I do not call and cancel the “Subscription” within 10 days! I will refuse to pay and will stop all payment from my credit card company. TOTAL RIP OFF

Blue Shoots take money from e-shoppers without supplying goods. 1 December 2009, I bought a Bialetti coffee maker online from this merchant. 22 Dec, 18 Jan, 1 Feb, 18 and 19 Apr I wrote to them asking where my goods were, and asking for a response to my continued enquiries. To date I have not had a single response. The matter is now subject of a claim with my bank who are investigating the transaction. Searching online I found that there are many complaints against this particular trader, all experiencing the same as I have. They need to be shut down. 8732f

I tried to pay them and their site rejected my payment telling me that my address was wrong (?????). Ok so them they told me to via Paypal using their email address which I did and then they sent me a not telling me that I hadn’t paid them! Next they tell me that I didn’t pay the full amount even though I paid the amount on the invoice, seems they didn’t include the tax on the invoice. OK, now they tell me that they can’t ship until the “check” clears. Hey I paid with Paypal!!! I wouldn’t buy from them again, would you??

The hand held buffer that it came with was broken upon delivery.

I ordered two different types of wallpaper patterns 4 months ago, they accepeted the order and charged it that same day or the next day. 3 weeks latter they tell me both patterns are on a backorder so i should wait 2 – 3 weeks more to receive it. This time passed and I tried calling the company 6 times several different days, in which NOBODY EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE.

I sent several emails, asking them about my order and they KEPT SAYING IT WAS IN A BACKORDER, I contacted their manufacturer who told that the day for production of this patterns was until October. I made my order between the last of june and first weeks of july, how come they didnt tell me the truth about how long the backorder was going to be.

Still I asked them for a refund and they said it was going to take 1 month to refund me. that didnt happen.

After that USAWALLPAPER, SENT ME AN EMAIL SAYING THE COMPANY HAS FINANCIAL PROBLEMS AND THEYRE HAVING PROBLEMS TO REFUND MY MONEY and that I should understand this difficult times.

Let me understand USA WALLPAPER, your having difficult times, everybody has being having them and not because of this they are robbing customers money.

Finally, I talked to the manufacturer and since so much time has passed after my order, they have one of the patterns produced, and I asked USAWALLPAPER.com to send me that pattern and refund me the other part of the order. Of course they didnt tell me the pattern had been produced I had to find out by myself.

They told they where going to send me the pattern that is in stock and wait for the other one. Since that last email, MY HUSBAND HAS CALLED 7 MORE TIMES WITH NO ANSWER, and sent 4 emails, which have not being answered and nothing has arrived.

I CANT BELIEVE YOU ARE USING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO FINANCE YOURSELVES (SINCE YOU HAVE FINANCIAL PROBLEMS) AND KEEPING THEIR MONEY WITHOUT EVER SENDING THEM THE PRODUCTS THEIR PAYING FOR!

I had a terrible experience in 2007 with bestbuysilver.com. The order never arrived and email correspondence ignored. I lost $88.95 plus postage. I wrote it off as my mistake – not researching the company thoroughly before ordering. I now want to order an engraved silver Xmas ornament for a new grandchild, but am very reticent for the same outcome. I looked online and Western Silver looks very similar to the site I used. Perhaps just changing its name? The reviews mirror my experience exactly. Has anyone experience with online ordering from Silver Superstore in Washington?

I bought a Hungry Piggy Bank from these people for my son and it did not work. I put brand new batteries in, tried feeding it different size coins – EVERYTHING. The sensor seemed to be defective. I wrote them back and they told me I have to send the item back and gave me tedious specific instructions to follow, which I did down to the last step. I was really upset to learn that I had to spend the extra money to ship their broken junk back to them. The worse part was that this was for my 2 year old son. I had to give him the bank and then take it back from him, which he was very upset and confused about. A week went by and no word from them, so I e-mailed and they said it takes 5-6 business days to process a return and that they would contact me when my item arrived. Another week went by and still no word from these scammers. So I emailed again and they said they never recieved my item! YEAH RIGHT! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES AGAIN. It should be your first clue to never order from any company that makes you responsible for shipping back damaged goods. My son still asks me what happened to his piggy bank and when “the Man” is gonna fix it and give it back. WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!

Dissatisfied Diva:Won’t give me money back – and I haven’t even made a purchase!

January of 2010, I found an item of interest on Luggage.com – also known as CSN stores (it was some Tignanello luggage that came out two years ago). I have a matching bag and was interestd in having the luggage – so I placed the order, promptly paid and anxiously awaited the arrival of my shipment. After they debited by account (and waited a week to notify me) – they sent me an e-mail indicating that the manufacturer no longer produced said item. I called them by phone, asked for a refund, and advised that they take the info off of their website if it really wasn’t available.
Fast forward to one month ago early-March, I noticed that same item that I was interesed in (Tignanello luggage) was listed on E-bay. I “watched” the time for two weeks, noticed it never sold and was immediatley relisted, so I was certain it must be available. I chose the “buy now” option, immediately paid for the item through paypall (per their site recommendation) – and again awaited confirmation of the shipment of my item. The shipment never came, nor did my refund – but I again received the standard e-mail from CSN Stores (aka Luggage.com) indicating that “the manufacturer no longer produces this item.” I couldn’t get on that phone fast enough to ask them why they were falsely advertising – and asked when they would be refunding my money. I’ve spoken with 5 different representatives in as many days, and keep getting excuses but no refund! They won’t even put me through to a manager! That’s fraud and I am so ticked off! I’m going to contact the BBB – and I want to warn everyone about CSN stores – Luggage.com…BUYERS BEWARE! POOR SERVICE, AND FRAUD!

They took $99.95 out of my bank account without my authorization. When I told them that, they were like well somebody did and that I can not get a refund. They told me to go to the police and file a claim. I know that I did not apply for that bc I have no money in my account, now I am in the negetaive. This is not fair and not right. I want my money back ASAP!!! I have not made a purchase from that company nor do I plan on it!

I called the same day the tickets was suppose to be delivered explained my situation about I never recieved my tickets at my house, mind you I was waiting for the fedex truck, they said they would be right on it, now they are telling me it’s not their fault and I don’t get my money back. They useless and get you for your money DON’T use them.
