A few hours later I received an email that shipping costs to much and if I would like to pay another 30 dollars for the shipping. Of course I didn’t agree with this. Buyer BEWARE – I placed an order on this site on 11/23/08 for a brand of body lotion that is hard to find in the US. No where on the site does it say it was out of stock. Since ordering I have not been able to contact this company. No reply to emails. Phone number I have says the machine is full and I can’t leave a msg. to call back later. Never received anything from company but I do have the confirmation that I printed, which gives me the date of purchase and order number. I’m now concerned because I called my credit card company and they told me there was nothing they can do until this company charges my credit card. So I have to check with my credit card co. every day to make sure charges aren’t on my account that I didn’t make. I’m really concern that they will use my credit card in some fraudlent way, or that they would sell my information. What a hassle!!!

I had recently found some border paper that I liked and decided to order it online versus in the store I found it at in an effort to save some money. When I got the paper, it was a completely different color. The product in the store was more blue and the paper I received was more green. All information was the same. When I called to send it back I quickly understood “it was too good to be true”. Here is how they would RIP YOU OFF! The border paper was 3 rolls @ $20.44 for a total of $61.31 I was told that there would be 30% restocking fee AND a $10 shipping fee so they would refund me $28.39!!! I bet he makes money hand over fist at that rate of ripping people off! You charge me $61.31, send me some crap that is nothing like the appearance on the site, or as I previously have seen, get back some product, and keep more than half of my money!!! Scam artist! No wonder you charge a 30% restocking fee and charge a ridiculous shipping fee on returns…that’s obviously how you make your money! People order products and you send out crap and keep their money! I have ordered from them before, the product worked okay, but the product is now defective. But when I was shopping somewhere else, I found out that the company took money out without my permission for membership renewal. They did not even send me an email telling me that my membership was due please renew or cancel, no, they took it out and overdrew my bank account. I had to wait about 4 days to put it back in and cancel the membership, which I don’t even need anymore since they did not leave my bank account alone. I would of trusted them, but they do things that I do not agree with such as sending things that wear out easily and go into your bank account without your permission. So buyer or newbie beware of this company if you are planning on saving money by getting their membership. Plus the membership is only recommended for frequent shoppers, once you sign up for it and the year has passed be prepared for them to withdraw $40.00 from your bank or credit card without an email
saying they were going to take money out even when you do not have money in there in the first place. If you order once, don’t get the membership!

While recuperating from a car accident in a Veteran’s Hospital I received an e-mail from KJMM enterprises. I made a phone appointment where I spoke to two different representatives from KJMM enterprises, claiming they were selling search engines. There were several stages ranging from $300.00 to $1400.00 according to how much return you were supposedly going to receive.
Of course the more you invested the more return you were supposedly going to receive and the more more invested the sooner your investment would pay off. After I returned from my hospital stay I was contacted once again from another representative from KJMM who claimed that I had over $1300.00 in my account but in order to get this money I had to send another $500.00. Needless to say I never saw this money and that is when the number I was given and the person I was told to ask for never answered my messages.
In fact when I began calling and calling and calling again all I got was an answering machine which is now disconnected. I do remember one representative who was supposedly one of the higher ups in the Company and his name was Anthony Thierry. That was the name that was given me anyway.
This was about 2 years ago but this was one scam that cost me quite a lot and I received nothing but lies from these people. If by chance I hear this name again I will be in touch with this person find out where he lives and deal with him personally.

I belive they are somewhere in euro the credit reports came from somewhere in england. I think we need to look more closely at the E-market and laws that say you can sell and market anything with out proper licenseing. I can no longer get onto there site and I’m assuming that there P.O. Box is also invalid in San Diego. My advice would be if you are going to bye online and have never bought from a new website to do some research. I would have loved to look at this information before making the decision to bye. good luck.

I ordered a automatic door opener from Planet mobility. They were quick to take the $737 out of my checking account, but when I hadn’t rec’d the merchandise several weeks later, I called them. They said they had cancelled the contract with the vendor and would get a new one and send it out. So, I called the vendor of the door, Private Door. They told me the opposite…that they had cancelled the contract due to the fact that PM didn’t pay their bills. I reordered the door from Private door directly. They were great and matched the price. Now, PM won’t refund my money. How dare they even take the money out of my account when they didn’t even have a vendor to fill the order with!!!I have finally filed a grievance with my bank, but still won’t have the money back in time for Christmas, which is a real hardship on me. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM PLANET MOBILITY. THEY ARE LIARS AND HAVE FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I’ve ordered one pair of boots for my upcoming deployment. Shipping was listed as 5-6 days via UPS. There were no indications on the website that the item was not in stock. After one week of waiting and one additional week of unsuccessful attempts to contact customer service, the only response from Botach Tactical was a charge to my credit card in the amount of $104.26 for the boots I’ve never received. I’m less than one week from overseas deployment. With no response from Botach Tactical, I had to buy those boots somewhere else. This company is a joke. I should do my research before I decided to purchase anything from them.

Home bar purchased online and received it with cracked granite top. replacement effort is in its5th Month and I was told it would not be replaced before Jan 25, 2010. Correspondence is not answered, totally frustrating to contact them. I will NEVER buy anything from these folks again nor do I receommend anyone go through what I have in dealing with this company.
Blue Shoots take money from e-shoppers without supplying goods. 1 December 2009, I bought a Bialetti coffee maker online from this merchant. 22 Dec, 18 Jan, 1 Feb, 18 and 19 Apr I wrote to them asking where my goods were, and asking for a response to my continued enquiries. To date I have not had a single response. The matter is now subject of a claim with my bank who are investigating the transaction. Searching online I found that there are many complaints against this particular trader, all experiencing the same as I have. They need to be shut down. 8732f

Ok so them they told me to via Paypal using their email address which I did and then they sent me a not telling me that I hadn’t paid them! Next they tell me that I didn’t pay the full amount even though I paid the amount on the invoice, seems they didn’t include the tax on the invoice. OK, now they tell me that they can’t ship until the “check” clears. Hey I paid with Paypal!!! I wouldn’t buy from them again, would you??

Why does Target say you can have a product through a one day shipping, and say you won’t get it for another month? I’ve seriously been waiting everyday for my delivery! I even had to pay another $20 extra for the one product! Target shipping is ridiculous.
January of 2010, I found an item of interest on Luggage.com – also known as CSN stores (it was some Tignanello luggage that came out two years ago). I have a matching bag and was interestd in having the luggage – so I placed the order, promptly paid and anxiously awaited the arrival of my shipment. After they debited by account (and waited a week to notify me) – they sent me an e-mail indicating that the manufacturer no longer produced said item. I called them by phone, asked for a refund, and advised that they take the info off of their website if it really wasn’t available.
Fast forward to one month ago early-March, I noticed that same item that I was interesed in (Tignanello luggage) was listed on E-bay. I “watched” the time for two weeks, noticed it never sold and was immediatley relisted, so I was certain it must be available. I chose the “buy now” option, immediately paid for the item through paypall (per their site recommendation) – and again awaited confirmation of the shipment of my item. The shipment never came, nor did my refund – but I again received the standard e-mail from CSN Stores (aka Luggage.com) indicating that “the manufacturer no longer produces this item.” I couldn’t get on that phone fast enough to ask them why they were falsely advertising – and asked when they would be refunding my money. I’ve spoken with 5 different representatives in as many days, and keep getting excuses but no refund! They won’t even put me through to a manager! That’s fraud and I am so ticked off! I’m going to contact the BBB – and I want to warn everyone about CSN stores – Luggage.com…BUYERS BEWARE! POOR SERVICE, AND FRAUD!

They told me to go to the police and file a claim. I know that I did not apply for that bc I have no money in my account, now I am in the negetaive. This is not fair and not right. My worst experience ever for returning an item purchased at the Bestbuy store in Fairlakes, VA with the use of gift cards. Gift cards were also used toward purchases of LED-TV and sound system. However, the sound system was malfunctioned, so I decided to just return and to receive refund. The store insisted the only way to receive this refund was in the form of giftcards first for the exact same amount was used. I told the store manager that because of TV was a big purchase item made, I felt it was adequate for applied the gift cards towards it. But they kept insisting this was their only way of refunding per their registered system was built. No exception what so ever that any store managers can do. Until I researched Bestbuy’s policy listed on website, I realized I was victimized. Bestbest was so dishonest and to lie to customers. I hope BestBuy should cleanup their act or else they will definitely loose many of their customers.
