I purchased a toner from printerinks.com. After about 12 days the product arrived much later than promised. However, the wrong product arrived. I emailed them to let them know and they asked me to return the product along with a letter detailing the action I would like taken. I returned the product requesting the correct product, a refund for postage costs incurred by me and a refund of the balance.
I have proof of postage and a tracking number but prinkerinks claim that the return never arrived. I have emailed printerinks 6 times but only ever got one reply which was 10 days ago.
DO NOT BUY FROM PRINTERINKS. Any advice on how I can get a refund from this product? I paid through paypal.
