I purchased over $100 in dvd’s from discountanime USA. I had ordered from them previously and had no issues. THis time , I ordered at 2am and by 3am they had already withdrawn funds. So items were paid for in full. My account was never updated to show that payment was verified. DiscountanimeUSA.com has not returned any of the numerous( over 30 emails) I have sent requesting information or refund of my money for not getting any of the product i paid for.DO YOUR RESEARCH.THIS COMPANY HAS TAKEN MY MONEY AND HAS GIVEN NOTHING IN RETURN!!lAST TIME i CHECKED THIS WAS CALLED FRAUD & STEALING!!!

I have ordered dvds way back in May of 2010 and have never heard from them but they were paid and when you try to get ahold of anyone, you get no reply. They are not a very reliable company to deal with and will let everyone I know that not to do any dealing with them.
